Title: Youth Worker Clubs & Hubs Leader
Salary: £25-27k per year, annual increase by 1.8%
Contract: Permanent
Days & Hours: 37 hours per week
During term time hours will be Mondays to Thursday 12.40pm-8.30pm , Fridays 9.30am- 4.35pm, daily 20 minutes lunch break, school holidays this will be adjusted for holiday clubs/day trips which will means some days times will be approximately 9am-5pm instead.
The post if the successful candidate would like includes a fully paid for 3-year degree 2024-2027 in JNC Youth & Community Work online course and 6 hour weekly paid study time
Title: Youth Sports Worker part time evenings
(This post may be considered a job share if applicants can only do one/two evenings the role could be split)
Salary: £2925 - £3042 annually for 4.5 hours per week, annual pay rise 1.8%
Hours: 4.5 hours per week
Monday 5.45pm-7.15pm Wood End
Tuesday 4.45pm-6.15pm Foleshill
Thursday 4.45-6.15pm Holbrooks
Contract: 6 months initially, possible extension up to 2 years
Additional hours may be available on ad-hoc basis for example if needed for cover or holiday activities.

Main Purpose of the role:
As a Volunteer for Aptitude Youth Work, you will support the delivery of Youth Club and/or Multi-Sport session. This role will also include detached youth engagement work and be a young people’s mentor to build positive relationships and develop their self-esteem and confidence.
This post is subject to full enhanced DBS Service Check.
Location: Coventry - areas included Radford, Foleshill, Wood End and Bell Green.
Office Base: The Crez, Jubilee Crescent Community Centre, Radford, Coventry CV6 3EX.
