

Sandie Morris is our Youth Programme Manager and Safeguarding Designated Lead, with several years of experience working locally in Early Help and supporting families statutory services, a qualified Level 3 Youth Worker, Mental Health First Aider and Award in Eduction & Training.
Sandie has developed our Ready, Steady, Cook project for young people where she has enabled a team of young people gain qualifications in Food Safety
Sandie brings knowledge and experience of supporting young people in many areas and is ready to offer help in creating a support package for young people in our 1:2:1 Mentoring Alternative Provision Programmes.

James Tolley is our Wellbeing Co-ordinator, bringing a strong academic and practical background to the role of leading our NEW Coventry Alternative Provision Programmes.
James holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology and is a qualified Level 3 Youth Worker, combining psychological insight with hands-on experience supporting young people.
James played a key role in developing our new Defuse Managing Anger programme, drawing on evidence-based approaches and his frontline practice to create a thoughtful and effective intervention. He is currently training for an MSc Counselling & Psychotherapy, further strengthening his skills and commitment to promoting emotional wellbeing and positive change.

Natalie Rock is our Youth Engagement Worker who has recently returned from several years working at a school in Dubai. She holds a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies and brings a strong understanding of working effectively with young people. Natalie is known for her excellent organisation and communication skills, and her friendly, approachable manner helps her build positive relationships and create supportive, engaging environments for young people.
