The MIX MUSIC Workshops 

Young people taking part will have chance to learn to Write Lyrics/Rap/Sing/DJ.

We strongly value the power music has in a young person’s life and we are offering to help young people to learn to share and express feelings in a safe environment, which will have many benefits:

• Positive impact on mental health.

• Improves emotional well-being as they can discuss personal worries.

• Preventing self-harm, protect against feelings of depression.

• Physically and emotionally safe

 

This Course is available to schools/agencies for group of max. 10 young people, it is delivered over 6 x 2 hours workshops course in your venue or off-site provision, at The Crez, Radford, please contact to discuss availability and cost.
